Holiday Return Policy
Any purchases made between November 13-December 19 will be eligible for our holiday return policy. You will have until Jan 2 for an exchange or store credit. Our refund policy remains as normal, 7 days for a refund from date of purchase.
*No exceptions. If we have to do it for one we have to do it for everyone.
Our regular return policy starts again on purchases made December 20th onward.
We will still be adhering to our regular return policy during this time. See below for our return policy. *SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE*

Any returns or exchanges are to happen at our store at 199 New Gower Street. You can come during our hours of business.

On regular priced items, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase and we offer exchange within 14 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed and must be in sellable condition with tags attached.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Due to hygienic reasons bodysuits, undergarments (panties, bralettes, etc.), earrings, glassware and face masks are final sale.
Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of original purchase date on regular price items only.
All sale items are final sale.
In Store Pick-ups:
In store pick up orders will follow the same refund and exchange policy as in-store purchases. Please see above. If you feel you are not able to pick up your order in a timely fashion to take advantage of the return policy then we suggest to have your order shipped to you.
Gift Certificates are final sale.
We accept refunds within 7 days from the date of delivery to resend your item back to 199 New Gower Street, St. John's, NL via mail or return at store location. We accept exchanges within 14 days of date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (example: tags attatched). We do not accept refunds on undergarments or jewellery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Web Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not refund any shipping fees. We do not pay for any shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges. It is at the customers expense to pay for all shipping fees associated with the exchange or return.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded, they are final sale.
We only replace items if they are a manufactures defect or damage within 2 months of purchase, at the discretion of the owner. We will only offer an exchange for another item at Ethereal Boutique for the value it was purchased.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
