Return Policy

**PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS. WE STAND BY OUR RETURN POLICY, AS IF WE MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR ONE WE HAVE TO MAKE IT FOR EVERYONE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

 

Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 18 and December 24 may be returned until January 8 the following year. The returned items still need to fulfill the return criteria mentioned above (tags on, unused). 

Boxing Day: we will not be processing any returns or exchanges on Dec 26 or 27 in store or online. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

 

Returns

All sale items are final sale. 

In-store:

On regular priced items, we offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be unworn and unwashed and must be in sellable condition with tags attached.

Due to hygienic reasons bodysuits, undergarments (panties, bralettes, etc.), earrings, glassware and face masks are final sale.

If an item is exchanged it then becomes final sale.

Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of original purchase date on regular price items only, and will be issued via store credit.

In Store Pick-ups:

In store pick up orders will follow the same exchange policy as in-store purchases. Please see above. If you feel you are not able to pick up your order in a timely fashion to take advantage of the return policy then we suggest to have your order shipped to you.

Gift Certificates are final sale.

All sale items are final sale. We do not cancel, refund or exchange sale items.

You will have 1 year from date of purchase to pick up your order, after that we will donate your order to a local charity.

Web:
We accept exchanges within 14 days of date of delivery to 199 New Gower Street, St. John's, NL via mail or return at store location. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (example: tags attatched). We do not accept returns on undergarments or jewellery.

To complete your exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All sale items are final sale. 

Web Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to your email.

We do not refund any shipping fees. We do not pay for any shipping fees associated with exchanges or store credits. It is at the customers expense to pay for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be returned, they are final sale.

Defective/Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are a manufactures defect or damage within 2 months of date of purchase, at the discretion of the owner. We will only offer an exchange for another item at Ethereal Boutique for the value it was purchased. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
